The registration renewal deadline for all professional podiatry corporations and PLLCs is January 31, 2024. Any professional podiatry corporation or PLLC that fails to renew by the end of February will be suspended by the Board of Podiatry Examiners and the N.C. Secretary of State. Final notices will be mailed to registrants in mid-January. Registrants who miss the January 31 grace period deadline must pay a late fee of $10.
When a professional corporation or PLLC is suspended, it is not lawful for it to provide professional services in North Carolina.
